You must fill out this form multiple times if you are trying to add multiple contacts to our distribution list.

We strongly recommend keeping at least two or three contacts on file to ensure no correspondence slips through the cracks. To add other representatives from your school, please fill out this form for each person.

2026 Program Timeline:

• Submissions open July 1, 2026
• Submissions close January 1, 2027
• Winners will be revealed Spring 2027
